ABOUT FABE: Fabe Keily | CEO and Founder | What Working Women Want

Since launching out on her own in 2008, Fabe has had the opportunity to speak to thousands of women across Australia about overcoming their personal and organisational barriers to success, while maintaining a healthy work / life balance.  In 2011 Fabe received an Award from Premier Anna Bligh for her Outstanding Contribution to Women in Queensland in honour of the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day.

In 2011 she celebrated her 30th Wedding Anniversary with her husband and together they have raised three amazing and unique children aged 30, 29 and 17.  Having grown up with 5 brothers, she understand very well what it takes to thrive in a male dominated environment and she is passionate about seeing women across the Globe fulfill their destiny in leadership positions.

Not thinking for one moment that women are better than man, but rather believing that together men and women bring unique gifts and talents to management and can make a powerful, profitable and productive team.  Fabe continues to have a powerful impact on working women and enjoys empowering men and women to work together to produce outstanding results.
